Philippia is the oldest Dominion and the largest country in Orios. <span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">As a developed country, Philippia was the first country to create the concept of civilian jobs, which boosted the local economy. At the national level, legislative authority is vested in a bicameral Parliament just like its mother country, the New Sarovian Empire, while executive political power is exercised by the Government. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Philippia is a federation composed of three large provinces, a parliamentary democracy and a constitutional monarchy, with the <em>Royo y Imperad<\/em> Carolus I Vasa as head of state \u2014 a symbol of the Dominion of Philippia&#8217;s historic ties to the New Sarovian Empire \u2014 with the government led by a Prime Minister.<\/p>\n<p>Unlike the Dominion of Carolusburg, Philippia is a very ethnically and culturally homogenous country, and is well-known for its homegrown nationalist movement.
