Emperor Carolus XIII (Carolus Ioan Fridaros Alffo Albaros Consteynnos eui Zor-Mako-Vasa-Nassau), is the current monarch of the New Sarovian Empire.
The Emperor, formerly known as the Duc eui Sorrel, became King of the Sarovians and Emperor of the Sarovian Commonwealth on the death of his grandfather, Constantine IX, on November 28th, 311 AS at Stenhammer Palace. In addition to reigning as the King of the Sarovians, His Imperial Majesty also serves as the Head of State of numerous nations across the world, performing a variety of official state and ceremonial duties.
