Emperor Carolus XIII (born Carolus Ioan Fridaros Alffo Albaros Consteynnos eui Zor-Mako-Vasa-Noesa), is the current sovereign of the New Sarovian Empire, serving as Royo do tel Sarovi y Imperad eui tel Comune Sarovi, or King of the Sarovians and Emperor of the Sarovian Commonwealth.
The Sovereign, formerly known as the Duc eui Sorrel, became King of the Sarovians and Emperor of the Sarovian Commonwealth on the death of his grandfather, Constantine IX, on November 28th 2023, 311 AS at Stenhammer Palace.
In addition to reigning as the King of the Sarovians, His Imperial Majesty also serves as the Head of State of numerous nations across the world including the Dominion of Philippia, the Dominion of Carolusburg, the Grand Kingdom of the State and many more, performing a variety of official state and ceremonial duties for each of them.
