Emperor Carolus XIII (born Carolus Ioan Fridaros Alffo Albaros Consteynnos eui Zor-Mako-Vasa-Noesa), is the current sovereign of the New Sarovian Empire, serving as Royo do tel Sarovi y Imperad eui tel Comune Sarovi, or King of the Sarovians and Emperor of the Sarovian Commonwealth. He ascended to the throne on the death of his grandfather, Consteynnos IX, on the 28th of 311 AS (November 28th, 2023).
The Sovereign serves as New Sarovia’s constitutional monarch, providing a steady and unifying presence while remaining above day-to-day community business. Rather than directing affairs, the Sovereign acts as the community’s foremost symbol, representing the traditions, values, and shared identity that bring Sarovians together across generations of members.
