The Colonial Council (Conseili Comerra) is the primary legislative body of the Colony of Metternau. It meets in the new city of Arparosi, just down the road where the old capital of Gillsbury used to lay after the Metternauian Bush War.
The Colonial Council possesses limited legislative ability, with the Rozirre’s sovereign power wielded by the Colonial Secretary, which is often represented by the appointed Colonial Governor. The Council is also bicameral, meaning that it has two parts: the elected Legislative Assembly and the appointed Board of Governors.
