The Imperial Federation is the group of all Sarovian “children-states”, and is sometimes considered the “wider New Sarovian Empire”. As Sarovian Dominions slowly gain independence and sovereignty, the Imperial Federation keeps all culturally Sarovian states working in unity.
The Imperial Council, which is a subcommittee of the Imperial Privy Council, can issue Imperial Ordinances on behalf of the Sovereign which automatically become law in all member states.
These Ordinances are used to universally apply laws to the entire Empire to keep all working together, and also work towards unifying custom, tradition and the Imperial Sarovian Armed Forces.
