In New Sarovia, community moderation is enforced in accordance with our player-made Acts, which are laws passed throughout Sarovian history by one authorised body or another. These laws cover everything from meta topics such as preventing harassment or hate speech, to in-community topics such as starting a business or what to do if someone destroys your house in our Minecraft server.
Throughout Sarovian history, authority has rested with a variety of bodies and organisations to pass and enforce laws, be they organised legislatures, councils, or in some cases, the Sovereign alone. Currently this authority rests with the Privy Council, which deliberates on both the creation of new laws and the enforcement of existing ones. If a new law is made, it must be approved by the Sovereign, after which it is posted here.
