Legennos do Parlarmente

An Act of Parliament, or legennos do parlarmente, are Sarovia’s primary form of legislation. The House of Commons and the Assembly of Peers propose documents known as projios or bills, which are legal proposals meant to create, repeal or amend certain laws.

A bill proposed in the House of Commons is often voted on when introduced in its First Reading, which then goes to a clemmeno parlarmenne or parliamentary committee for the Second Reading, where statesmen discuss the merits of the bill and propose changes. If the committee agrees, the bill is voted on for a third time at the Third Reading.

If it passes, it is given to the Assembly of Peers to be approved or rejected. If approved, the bill becomes an Act of Parliament when the Sovereign gives His Imperial Sanction to it, or His permission.
